Junior book-keeper/clerk

  • Correctly capture and allocate all cashbook payments and receipts, which includes the current, call and credit card accounts.
  • Capture supplier invoices.
  • Compare supplier quotes to invoices and query differences with suppliers.
  • Customer invoice processing as required.
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and report any variances identified.
  • Calculate expected trip expenditure.
  • Reconcile trip expenditure and obtain reasons for excessive expenditure.
  • Assist the Accountant with payroll calculations.
  • Assist any queries raised by the accountant.
  • Able to bring books up to trial balance

Technical Support/Admin Staff

  • Assign work to the technicians.
  • Do quotations for technical repairs/maintenance.
  • Follow up on technical related queries.
