Full job description
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our team and provide essential support across our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage team calendars.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Handle requests and enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Perform basic data capturing and bookkeeping duties when required.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not required—full training will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a full-time, office-based position.
Salary
R5,300 – R7,000 per month
