Full job description

The Junior Multimedia Designer supports the creation of engaging visual and digital content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about graphic design, video editing, animation, and digital media. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content that aligns with the organization's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Create and edit digital content, including videos, animations, GIFs, and motion graphics.
  • Assist in developing visual assets for email campaigns and digital advertising.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver creative projects on time.
  • Edit photographs and enhance images for various marketing purposes.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized library of design files and digital assets.
  • Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and multimedia technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

0–2 years of relevant design experience (internships or freelance work will be considered).

A portfolio demonstrating creative design and multimedia projects.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • After Effects

Premiere Pro (advantageous)

Understanding of print production processes and digital publishing.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Basic photography and photo-editing skills.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles (advantageous).

Working Conditions

  • Office-based, full time.
  • May occasionally be required to work outside standard business hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Regular use of computer-based design software and digital collaboration tools.
