Role Overview

Cuberoo is seeking a creative, detail-driven Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality visual content across digital campaigns, social media, and client projects. This role is central to shaping the visual identity of both Cuberoo and the brands we manage, combining storytelling, strategy, and strong technical execution.

You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering compelling photo and video content that aligns with campaign goals, strengthens brand presence, and performs effectively across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and produce professional video and photography content for digital campaigns
• Capture on-location and studio-style content for various industries (beauty, corporate, events, lifestyle, etc.)
• Translate creative briefs into visually strong storytelling concepts

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit video content for social media, ads, and long-form storytelling
• Retouch and enhance photography for digital and print use
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign strategy

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and strategy team to conceptualise content ideas
• Contribute creative input during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions
• Adapt visual style per client brand requirements

Content Strategy Support

• Understand platform-specific requirements (Meta, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Create content optimised for engagement, retention, and conversion
• Support performance marketing teams with ad-ready creative assets

Asset Management

• Organise and maintain digital asset libraries
• Ensure efficient file management, backups, and delivery systems

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop or equivalent)
• Understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling
• Ability to shoot both photo and video in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of social media content trends and formats
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
• Own camera equipment (advantage but not required depending on setup)

Pay: From R12 000,00 per month

License/Certification:

• Drivers Lisence (Required)

Willingness to travel:
