Role Overview

As a Graduate Management Consultant, you will:

• Support analysis of business problems
• Assist with research and data interpretation
• Help design and implement solutions
• Work across areas such as:
• • Business Analysis
  • Process Improvement
  • Systems Analysis
  • Solution Design

Minimum Qualifications

• BCom Management / Business Science
• BCom/BSc Computer Science
• BCom Economics / Econometrics
• BCom Information Systems
• BCom Business Analytics
  (Honours/Masters advantageous)

Key Requirements

• Leadership involvement (student bodies, clubs, etc.)
• Experience working on team-based projects
• Prior internship or work experience (advantageous)
• Ability to travel (locally and potentially internationally)

Key Skills

• Analytical thinking – Ability to interpret data and identify insights
• Communication – Strong written and verbal skills
• Technical skills – MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word (basic SQL/Python/R advantageous)
• Research – Ability to gather and analyse information
• Problem-solving – Structured and creative approach to challenges
