Kick-start your career in the Food & Beverage industry!

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our 12-month paid internship programme in Eswatini. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, retail management, customer service, and business administration.

Who Should Apply?

Recent graduates or final-year online students who can commit to a full-time, 12-month internship programme in one of the following fields:

· Consumer Studies

· Consumer Science

· Culinary Arts / Professional Chef

· Hospitality Management

· Food Science

· Food Management & Nutrition Sciences

What You'll Be Involved In

· Supporting the day-to-day operations of four Sage Coffee shops in Eswatini.

· Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

· Monitoring customer service standards and product quality.

· Supporting promotional activities and store initiatives.

· Assisting with operational reporting and administration.

· Gaining exposure to retail operations, food and beverage management, and customer experience.

· Conducting site visits and working closely with store teams.

· Learning about business operations, sales performance, and profitability.

· Working alongside experienced managers and supervisors to develop practical leadership skills.
