About JRE Property Group

JRE Property Group is a third-generation UK family property business operating across three

The role

We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven Property & Asset Management Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end running of our residential lettings and management operation.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can work independently, learn our systems quickly and bring order and reliability to a growing portfolio. You’ll be a key part of the team that protects and grows the recurring income of the business.

  • Monitor and chase rent, keeping arrears at zero and following clear arrears protocols
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, logging issues and tracking them to resolution

against SLA targets

  • Keep compliance records up to date (gas, electrical, EPC and other certificates)
  • Maintain accurate property, tenant and landlord records and produce regular reports
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for the management operation (income, expenses,

invoices, reconciliations)

  • Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors and suppliers
  • Help build and document repeatable processes so the operation runs consistently as it

grows

  • Support with systemisation and of the department
  • Support with the implementation of Ai tools

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ experience in real estate / residential property management
  • Bookkeeping experience (preferred)
  • Experience using ai tools (preferred)
  • Strong organiser who can run an end-to-end process independently and reliably
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with UK tenants,

landlords and contractors

  • Quick to learn new software and systems (training provided)
  • Comfortable with property management, accounting and CRM tools
  • Trustworthy and discreet with confidential and financial information
  • Good quality, reliable home internet connection
  • A dedicated, quiet space to work from
  • Able to work UK business hours (see below)

Hours & working pattern

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, working UK business hours.
  • 8am - 6pm (one hour break)

What we offer

  • A key role in a 30+ year old family property group
  • Genuine ownership and responsibility from day one
  • Real progression as the business scales
  • Salary: £650 PCM
  • Contract type: independent contractor
