Full job description
La Perla Restaurant & Development Project
This role offers exposure to hospitality, property development, project coordination, and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Administration
- Assist with the coordination of the La Perla renovation and development project
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and service providers
- Track project timelines, quotations, invoices, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and maintain project records
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence, filing, and company records
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets
- Assist with licence, compliance, and municipal applications where required
- Maintain supplier and contractor databases
Bookkeeping Assistance
- Capture supplier invoices and expenses
- Assist with creditor and debtor administration
- Reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Assist with payment preparation and record keeping
- Work closely with management and external accountants
Hospitality Administration
- Assist with staffing administration and onboarding documentation
- Support operational planning and procurement
- Assist with stock and supplier administration
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' administration experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Advantageous
- Bookkeeping experience
- Sage Accounting experience
- Hospitality or property industry experience
