We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager with valid registrations with The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions to lead large-scale engineering and construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals eager to grow their career in project management while contributing to impactful infrastructure and building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in coordinating project activities.
• Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Registrations with The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project management or engineering/construction experience.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
