Location: Deer Park Café, Vredehoek

Job Description: Deer Park Café is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Barman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both coffee making and cocktail preparation, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality beverages, whether it’s a perfect morning espresso or a signature evening cocktail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks and cocktails.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and maintain inventory control.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station.
  • Work efficiently during busy periods, including nights and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a barista and barman.
  • Barista certificate preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Well-presented, neat, and punctual.
  • Living in or around Vredehoek is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
