Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of Skypath Laboratory’s marketing strategy, aimed at strengthening the organization’s services, image, and brand recognition.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with current and prospective clients, including physicians in both hospital and private practice, hospital management teams, medical marketers, and key suppliers/service providers, ensuring brand loyalty and a personalized client experience.
• Actively promote and sell Skypath Laboratory’s servicesto expand market share and enhance visibility within the healthcare sector.
• Represent the organization at marketing and outreach events such as medical aid days, hospital open days, and other industry-related initiatives to advance reputation and service awareness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and grievances related to laboratory services, ensuring timely resolution and effective feedback.
• Provide regular feedback to all departments within the assigned region to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Complete and submit weekly CRM reports to management, delivering accurate and actionable customer insights.
• Consistently meet agreed-upon regional targets and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, or a relevant qualification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple sites and healthcare providers within the designated region.

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant working experience.

Relevant Job Knowledge

• Proficiency in computer applications and technological tools.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
• Strong understanding of laboratory standard operating procedures and processes.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
