Job Advert Summary
Eduvos is looking to employ a Biodiversity/ Biotechnology Lecturer at our Tyger Valley campus on a fixed term basis.
Type of appointment:
- Fixed Term employment opportunity
Purpose:
- To lecture Applied Science-related modules, in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification required:
- Master of Science (MSc) in Biodiversity and/or Biotechnology or a related qualifcation/ field of study
- Successful incumbent must be able to facilitate modules and associated practical components in animal and plant biology, as well as plant physiology and related modules
- favourable considerations will be awarded to individuals who have previously lectured these streams
Experience:
- Relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience

- Principles of Biology
- Introduction to Biology
- Animal and Plant Biology
- Plant Physiology
- Plant Propagation
- Bioprocessing
- Introduction to Cell Biology
- Biotechnology Management
