Job Description
The strength of Sage’s strategic and business partner ecosystem is central to achieving our purpose. To further develop, scale, and sustain this ecosystem, we are seeking to appoint a PRM Lead (Internal).

In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling the success of Sage’s partner ecosystem by driving strong internal alignment, execution discipline, and operational integration across the business. Acting as a central orchestrator, you will ensure that partner strategy is translated into clear, consistent, and executable actions across key internal functions, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

This position is based in Midrand, Johannesburg, with a requirement to work a minimum of three days per week on-site.

    You will lead a team of Partner Relationship Managers (PRMs), providing clear direction, assigning accounts, and working closely with your team to deliver against KPIs, targets, and overall business performance. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.

  • Clear commercial understanding of partner-driven revenue and performance levers

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong bias for execution and results

  • A motivated, high-performing PRM team delivering consistent outcomes

  • Experience in partner, alliances, or indirect channel environments

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams (typically 5–10 people)

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through indirect and partner channels

  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation

  • Understanding of SaaS and cloud environments

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year.
