Neuberg Global Laboratories is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BSc Graduate to join our laboratory team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience within a diagnostic laboratory environment while supporting scientific and operational functions.

The successful candidate will assist with laboratory processes, sample preparation, data management, and general laboratory support under the supervision of qualified laboratory professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and processing of laboratory samples.
• Support laboratory technologists with routine laboratory procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping of laboratory activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of laboratory workspaces and equipment.
• Assist with stock control and inventory of laboratory consumables.
• Follow laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
• Participate in training and development programmes within the laboratory.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in one of the following fields:
• Microbiology
• Biochemistry
• Biotechnology
• Biomedical Science
• Molecular Biology or related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the laboratory field.

Advantageous

• Previous laboratory experience or internship.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and basic testing procedures.
