Business Analyst — Contract
Company: Whyzer SolutionsLocation: JohannesburgWork arrangement: Four days per week in the office
About the role
Whyzer Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst with 3–4 years’ experience to join our team and support client projects.
The successful candidate will work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements and support solution delivery. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of assigned deliverables, communicates confidently with clients and follows through on deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements and business rules.
- Participate in requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Write user stories and clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Map current and proposed business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
- Prepare test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and track defects through to resolution.
- Maintain requirements documentation and track changes throughout delivery.
- Communicate progress, risks and outstanding actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage assigned tasks and deliver accurate work within agreed timelines.
Pay: R48 000,00 per month
