Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience to support the sourcing, screening, and placement of finance professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for finance-related roles while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for positions such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, Payroll Administrators, Auditors, Credit Controllers, and other finance related roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance positions.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of finance talent.

Draft and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

Conduct reference checks and assist with offer management processes.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.

Stay updated on finance industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions. Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labour legislation.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience within finance recruitment.

Experience recruiting for junior to mid-level finance positions.

Must have recruitment agency experience

Office-based in Sandton Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Salary band: R15 000 – R18 000
