Field Sales Representative — Tiny Mods (Gauteng)

Location: Gauteng, South Africa (Field-based)

Job Type: Full-time | Basic Wage + Uncapped Commission + Travel Allowance

The Role :

We're looking for a Field Sales Representative to own new business development across Gauteng, targeting the people who actually need this space: guest farms, guesthouses and boutique hospitality operators, farmers looking to add accommodation or storage, retail and café operators, and homeowners wanting a home office, granny flat, or income-generating unit on their property.

This isn't a warm desk job. You'll be prospecting, cold-calling, showing up at farms and guesthouses with a folder under your arm, working expos and trade shows, and closing deals face to face.

What You'll Do

Prospect and build new business across Gauteng's agricultural, hospitality, retail, and residential markets Follow up and convert inbound leads promptly

Represent Tiny Mods at expos, trade shows, and regional events (some weekend availability required). Run client consultations from first contact through to signed deal Keep a pulse on competitor activity and local market opportunities

Who We're Looking For A genuine go-getter, someone hungry, not someone waiting for leads to land in their inbox

Proven track record in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Just as comfortable talking to a farmer or guesthouse owner as a retail or residential client

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license — non-negotiable, you'll be on the road constantly

Sharp communicator, strong closer, thrives working independently
