Contact Center Agents, Customer Service inbound & outbound
Working in an exciting and growing company where you will be integral in helping to resolve customer queries. You will be part of contact center's large team and the front line for our customers, making it essential you have a positive and friendly approach.
No experience needed. preferably for matriculants and entry level.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all internal processes and procedures are adhered to.Customer satisfaction and quality
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Building relationships and rapport with both colleagues and existing customers.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Positive and resilient attitude
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Basic salary plus commissions
