About the Role
We are seeking motivated, target-driven, and energetic Call Centre Sales Agents to join a high-performing sales team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to maximize your earning potential, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Promote and sell products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately capture customer information and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous call centre sales experience advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven sales mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Computer literacy.
- Grade 12 / Matric
Package
- Basic Salary: R13,500 - uncapped per month
- Uncapped Commission Structure
