Full job description
If you are confident, hungry to earn money, have a driven mindset, you have excellent English communication skills (non-negotiable) and have at least 1-2 year's Call Centre Sales experience preferably within Financial Services, then we want to hear from you!
Ubuntu Markets, a licensed online trading brokerage is recruiting for trainee Outbound Call Centre Agents to start a fully paid 3 week's training program. Upon successful completion of the program, a basic salary and uncapped commission awaits you! Start earning money from your second week of training!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Call potential clients using leads provided
- Introduce clients to online trading platforms
- Convert prospects into active trading clients
- Assist new clients with account registration and funding
- Consistently work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12
- 1–2 years Outbound Call Centre Sales experience (Financial Services experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills, driven and money hungry
Package & Remuneration
- Travel stipend for the 1st week of training
- R1600 per week in 2nd and 3rd weeks of training PLUS commission in $$$ from your 1st sale
- Basic salary of R7000 per month PLUS UNCAPPED commission in $$$ ONCE 3 week's training program is successfully completed.
