CARE FOR ELDERLY PERSONS IN A FRAIL CARE FACILITY AND IN THEIR HOMES
·To render services and meet the needs of the resident in the Frail Care Facility for older persons while helping them to maintain a high quality of life and to prolong and enhance their independence. Provide care to the elderly with compassion and dignity.
Uphold the Rights of the older person and prevent abuse of older persons.
Provide care to the elderly according to the policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization.
