We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic, meticulous, honest and reliable team member to achieve growth in our Robertson branch, and help us deliver excellent customer service to pet lovers.

*Assist customers in finding the right products for their cats and dogs.

*Provide knowledgeable advice on pet care, nutrition, and product selection.

*Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.

*Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

*Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a positive attitude.

*Perform stock-taking duties and ensure accurate inventory counts.

*Assist with purchase orders and coordinate receiving stock deliveries.

*Perform administrative tasks.

*Daily cash-ups and banking.

*Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to assist customers effectively.

*Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock.

Requirements:

*Passionate about people AND domestic animals and a strong understanding of pet care.

*Previous retail experience in the pet or veterinary industry is preferred

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Afrikaans

*Computer skills (Word, Excel, G-mail, Numerical skills).

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

*Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

*Good administrative skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

*Must be able to lift and carry up to 20kg.

*Matric

* Warmth and friendliness must come standard, with a strong personality but not bossy or intimidating

*Reside in the ROBERTSON

*Healthy

*Reliable transport

* Start date ASAP
