Scope: We are looking for a cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and work experience:

• Matric
• 2 -3 years experience as a cashier
• 2-4 years customer service experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate Cash register & Scanner
• Maintain Cash Register & collect payments
• Be able to do a Cash Up daily
• Keep checkout area clean
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Attributes:

• Basic Math Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• A desire to help people.
