WE’RE HIRING | CHEF / KITCHEN LEAD

LEO Sky Farm in Simondium, Paarl is looking for an experienced, hands-on Chef / Kitchen Lead to join our team as we launch an exciting new relaxed poolside food concept.

We’re not looking for fine dining or complicated food. Our focus is simple, delicious and consistently good food that suits relaxed Winelands pool vibes.

Think:

Open-fire cooking & braai

Burgers & casual favourites

Steaks, chicken & grilled meats

Fresh salads

Sharing boards & platters

Wine, sunshine & relaxed farm afternoons

What we’re looking for:

* Previous chef or kitchen experience

* Confident with braai and open-fire cooking

* Strong food preparation and presentation skills

* Excellent portion and stock control

* Able to manage a small kitchen team

* Reliable, organised and calm under pressure

* Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards

* Comfortable working weekends

* Most importantly, someone who can make simple food taste really good

Primarily weekends initially, with the opportunity for the role to grow as the concept expands

Competitive remuneration based on experience
