Hero Serv is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of General Manager - Procurement based in Rivonia.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage procurement across multiple client sites, ensuring high quality service delivery.

· Drive operational excellence and ensure efficient management of daily activities.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

· Oversee staff performance, training, and development initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.

· Monitor budgets, stock control, and cost management to ensure profitability.

· Implement and maintain policies and procedures for effective operations.

· Motivate and manage teams to achieve operational targets and company goals.

Minimum Requirements

· Relevant qualification in Procurement, Hospitality, or a related field.

· Proven experience in procurement within the catering or hospitality industries.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
