Job Vacancy: Catering Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional catering services and leading a team to success, we want to hear from you!
Position: Catering Manager
Location: Centurion
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all catering operations and events
- Supervise and lead catering staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service
- Liaise with clients to understand their catering needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or catering management are a plus
