Job brief

We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation.
Responsibilities

• Direct food preparation and service activities
• Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
• Rectify arising problems or complaints
• Give prepared plates the “final touch”
• Perform administrative duties
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Excellent Communication and leadership skills
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R16 000,00 - R28 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noordhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
