Sushi Chef – Kalk Bay (Busy Seaside Restaurant)

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our fast-paced, seaside restaurant in Kalk Bay.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ sushi chef experience
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation
  • Excellent seafood handling and food safety practices
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Reliable, professional, and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety at the sushi station
  • Manage prep, freshness, and stock rotation
  • Work efficiently during busy services
