Responsible for the assessment, investigation, and validation of complex and high-value long-term insurance claims, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives, governance frameworks, and service standards. You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

Matric is essential

Have an NQF Level 5 Certificate would be advantageous

Have 2 – 3 years' experience in claims call center environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally in a Motor Claims
