Full job description
We are recruiting an experienced Cleaning Supervisor for our one of our food production sites
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in contract cleaning, preferably in a food production/manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, cleaning chemicals, and PPE requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Computer literacy
- Willing to work shifts and weekends when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning teams and ensure high housekeeping standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and client requirements
- Conduct quality inspections and corrective actions
- Manage attendance, stock, and daily operational reports
- Train and coach employees on cleaning procedures and safe working practises
Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
