Role Description The Assistant Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Raslouw Centurion. This role supports the Property Manager in coordinating daily facility operations, including maintenance requests, repairs, and safety inspections to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant environment. The Assistant Property Manager helps manage vendor relationships, oversees service providers, and monitors building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting and cost control for property-related expenses, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting projects such as renovations or upgrades. The role also involves responding to operational issues promptly, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring facilities meet regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Facility and property management skills, including coordination of maintenance activities, service providers, and building systems.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations, building standards, and risk management in a healthcare or similar environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgent facility issues.
• Proficiency in using office software and facility management tools or systems.
• Relevant qualification or diploma in facilities management, property management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in property or facilities management, ideally within h large commercial properties, is an advantage.

Pay: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
