WE ARE HIRING – CODE 10 & CODE 14 DRIVERS

Join a fast-growing hardware and building materials distribution company servicing customers across South Africa.
We are looking for experienced, reliable, and professional drivers with strong knowledge of delivery operations, vehicle care, and customer service.
Positions Available
- Code 10 Driver (C1)
- Code 14 Driver (EC)
Minimum Requirements
- Valid South African Code 10 or Code 14 Driver’s Licence
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) – compulsory
- Minimum 3–5 years driving experience
- Experience in hardware, FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or logistics environment advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
- Strong knowledge of routes within KwaZulu-Natal and surrounding provinces
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading and offloading
- Sober habits and professional conduct
- Matric certificate advantageous
- Cross-border experience advantageous for Code 14 applicants
- Superlink/heavy-duty vehicle experience advantageous for Code 14 applicants
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient transportation of goods to customers and branches
- Ensure accurate loading and offloading of stock
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips
- Maintain trip sheets, delivery notes, and vehicle checklists
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company procedures
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or delivery issues immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Assist warehouse and dispatch teams when required
