Independent Sales & Marketing Representative

About the Role

Nexora is looking for motivated, confident and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Independent Sales & Marketing Representatives.

Your role will be to help grow our customer base by professionally marketing our pharmaceutical/health-related products, generating leads, communicating with potential customers and converting legitimate enquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Nexora’s products through approved marketing channels.
  • Identify and generate new customer leads.
  • Communicate professionally with potential customers through social media, WhatsApp and other approved platforms.
  • Follow up with leads and enquiries.
  • Explain product information accurately using company-approved materials.
  • Build relationships with customers and potential wholesale clients.
  • Maintain a record of customers and sales generated through your referral.
  • Use your unique referral code/link where applicable so commissions can be tracked.
  • Represent Nexora professionally and follow all company marketing guidelines.
  • Ensure that all advertising and product claims remain within applicable South African laws and our approved marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Confident speaking to customers online.
  • Social-media savvy and comfortable creating or sharing marketing content.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Previous sales, marketing, fitness, pharmaceutical or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
  • Professional and trustworthy approach.
  • Must follow company compliance and advertising guidelines.

Commission

This is a commission-based position, meaning there is no fixed monthly salary.

Representatives will receive a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral code/link. Commission rates, qualifying sales and payment schedules will be provided during onboarding.

Representatives may only use company-approved product information and claims. They may not make unapproved medical claims, guarantee health outcomes, recommend products for treating medical conditions, or advertise products for uses that are not legally permitted.
