Full job description
Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive execution plans, work breakdown structures, and master schedules using tools like MS Project, Candy, or BuildSmart.
- Budget & Cost Management: Control project financials, monitor cash flow, manage contractor valuations, and ensure delivery within the approved budget.
- Site & Operations Management: Oversee daily site execution, manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, and track physical progress against milestones.
- SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, review contractor safety files, conduct site audits, and maintain zero-harm standards in line with South African OHS legislation.
- Stakeholder & Contract Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, principal agents, and regulatory authorities while managing contractual obligations.
- Quality Assurance & Handover: Manage snag lists, commission plant/infrastructure, and compile close-out documentation for formal project handover.
Pay: R296 000,00 - R1 030 000,00 per year
