Key Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in and online customers with product enquiries
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Prepare quotations and invoices
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
  • Handle basic admin and showroom duties
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, WhatsApp, invoicing systems)
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Must be based in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)
