Feedem Group is looking for an Executive Waiter is responsible for providing professional food and beverage service to the Executive Committee (EXCO), board members, VIP guests, and senior stakeholders. The role ensures that all meetings, functions, and executive hospitality services are delivered with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and five-star service standards.

Established in 1975, Feedem is a large contract catering company in South Africa which manages in excess of 300 sites and employs more than 5 000 people ranging from dieticians, chefs and human capital specialists to hygiene experts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Customer Service Qualification will be advantageous
  • 2-5 years of experience and proven record in a catering enviroment
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Good communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide food and beverage service during EXCO meetings, board meetings, and executive events.
  • Set up, service, and clear boardrooms, meeting rooms, and executive dining areas.
  • Ensure all hospitality areas are maintained to the highest presentation and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare meeting rooms with the required refreshments, crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
  • Assist with executive functions, working lunches, and VIP events.
  • Monitor hospitality stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalised service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with executives and guests.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
