We are looking for a dedicated and organised Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate and support the implementation of AVBOB's Corporate Social Investment initiatives, ensuring efficient administration and compliance with organisational policies and procedures while contributing to meaningful community impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Coordinate and assist with the execution of the AVBOB Group CSI Strategy, CSI Policy, and CSI Budget in consultation with the CSI Specialist.
- Plan and administer social impact programmes to ensure sustainability and alignment with the AVBOB CSI Policy.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate all activities and initiatives related to CSI programmes.
- Provide accurate and timeous reporting and feedback to the CSI Committee.
- Coordinate employee participation initiatives across the organisation to strengthen staff involvement in CSI activities.
- Ensure that the monitoring and evaluation platform is updated timeously with relevant programme information.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders and beneficiaries for all CSI-related activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate the sourcing of appropriate, cost-effective promotional and branding materials required for CSI-related public relations purposes.
- Liaise with internal and external communications specialists to ensure that social impact programmes receive appropriate visibility and media exposure.
- Conduct feasibility studies (due diligence) to determine whether an organisation should benefit from AVBOB CSI initiatives and programmes.
- Initiate projects that align with the goals, objectives, and intent of the relevant CSI programmes.
- Relevant tertiary qualification NQF level 6
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience
- Appropriate experience (CSI projects or relevant NGO experience)
- Monitoring and evaluation experience will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and methods
- Strong Project Management, relationship building and networking skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Well-developed communication skills (verbal/written)/ good listening skills
- Sound knowledge of financial and budget principles
- Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
