Junior Invoice / Debtors Clerk

Michael's Auction House – Poortview Roodepoort

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Junior Invoice / Debtors Clerk to join our team!

Starting Salary: R7,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)

Experience in debtors or administration will be an advantage, but is not essential.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and pays close attention to detail.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting walk-in customers Answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Creating invoices and credit notes
  • Following up on overdue customer accounts
  • General administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Well-organised and able to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Matric (Grade 12)
