Graphic Designer position available in Cape Town.

Are you a creative with minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion/lifestyle branding, skilled in delivering high-impact graphic design from lookbooks, newsletters to packaging, in-store signage, social content, and digital campaigns?

Our client, a national fashion footwear brand with their office in Newlands, Cape Town, is looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced creative team to produce the graphic design that shapes and strengthens the brand’s image.

Requirements:

  • Matric, or relevant qualification
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or agency setting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
  • Strong layout, typography, and colour skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and new design technologies
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, and always learning

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design assets across print and digital (e.g. social graphics, lookbooks, signage, newsletters, packaging, in-store elements)
  • Support the retail stores with in-store signage, POS materials, and promotional assets
  • Create engaging visuals for the online stores, ensuring consistent brand presentation
  • Translate brand guidelines into clean, compelling creative outputs
  • Work closely with brand, content, and retail teams on campaign rollouts
  • Adapt artwork and resize for multiple platforms and formats
  • Contribute to concept ideation with mood boards and design exploration
  • Ensure all artwork is delivered on time and production ready
  • Stay in tune with design trends, fashion aesthetics, and cultural visual cues
  • Embrace AI and design tools that speed up workflow and unlock creative solutions
