Eduvos is looking to employ a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support and oversee our Durban, East London and PE campuses.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced regional leader with a strong background in event activations, key account management, and team leadership to drive high-impact school engagement and long-lead conversion across multiple campuses. This role is hands-on, field-based, and execution-driven. You will lead regional activation teams, own strategic school relationships, and ensure that national segmentation and enrolment strategies are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable impact at a regional level. If your strength lies in planning and executing large-scale events, managing strategic accounts, and leading teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this role is designed for you.

Pupose of the role:
To drive regional strategy and execution of school engagement, data collection, and long-lead conversion initiatives. This role oversees a team of Customer Relationship Leads or Marketers across multiple campuses, ensuring segmentation strategy, customer experience, and national objectives are effectively localized and delivered.
Important to Know
- This is a high-travel role across campuses and schools
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license are required
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event periods is essential
- This role is not suitable for junior marketers or purely administrative CRM profiles
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications / Education / Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required).
- Professional certifications in CRM, Event activation, Education Marketing, or Leadership (advantageous).
Experience
6 years’ experience in one or more of the following:
- Event management or brand activation leadership
- Key account or partnership management
- Sales or marketing leadership in a field-based environment
- Proven experience leading teams (minimum 8 team members)
- Strong track record of planning and executing large-scale events or activations
- Experience working with targets, pipelines, and conversion metrics
- Exposure to the education sector or youth-focused markets is a strong advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Regional School Engagement & Activations
- Own and execute the regional school engagement strategy across Grades 8–12
- Plan, lead, and oversee high-volume events, expos, activations, and campus-based engagements
- Ensure consistent delivery of the value proposition, event standards, and brand experience
- Identify and grow key feeder school and sponsor partnerships in your region
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the senior regional relationship owner for strategic schools and partners
- Build long-term, value-driven partnerships with school leadership and influencers
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Academics, and Campus Operations to align execution
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and develop a regional team of Customer Relationship Marketers
- Drive clear targets, accountability, and execution discipline
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and capability development
- Build a high-energy, service-driven, student-focused team culture
Lead Generation & Conversion Oversight
- Ensure strong lead quality, volume, and application conversion from school and pre-enrolment campaigns
- Align regional activity to campaign timing, intake cycles, and enrolment priorities
- Use CRM insights to adjust plans, address gaps, and mitigate risk
Operational Control & Governance
- Oversee CRM usage, data quality, and engagement reporting
- Manage regional budgets for events, travel, and activations
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards, brand guidelines, and ethical conduct
- Drive audit readiness and risk mitigation
