Full job description
Purpose of the job:
To assist the Doctor to meet patients’ needs and satisfaction whilst adhere to operational standards and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
· Report to the Regional Manager.
· Must be flexible to work in remote clinics and sleep over outside Gauteng province.
· Apply SHEC principles and procedures in the workplace.
· Comply with SHEC standards in your work environment.
· Comply with requirements of the Operations Quality Management System.
· Handle cash and banking.
· Support Line Managers to achieve change requirements.
· Check that the Doctor completes the patient file correctly.
· Welcome new patients and take their details.
· Make second and follow up appointments with the patient.
· Maintain correct preparation of Patient files.
· Conduct stock takes.
· Train patients in injection techniques.
· File blood results in patient files.
· Sending of all documents to Head Office i.e. Day End Report and Ensure that Data Mover is running and contact IT to confirm
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
Matric certificate
Post Matric qualification will be an added advantage
Good Sales and customer service skills
At least 1 - 3 years' experience in a related role
Drivers’ license is a must
Computer literacy
Must be honest and reliable
