We are a growing junk removal company in the United States looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and helping keep our daily operations organized.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and messages
- Schedule junk removal estimates and jobs
- Follow up with customers who have received estimates
- Confirm appointments and send reminders
- Coordinate schedules with drivers and field crews
- Update customer information in Google Sheets and company systems
- Request customer reviews after completed jobs
- Perform general administrative and customer service tasks
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers by phone
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with appointment setting, dispatching, or customer support is preferred
