Job Specification

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives with a neutral accent to asssit UK based customers.

In this role, customers will contact you directly with enquiries about products and services, with the intention of making a purchase. Your responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, understand their requirements, answer their questions, and assist them in completing their purchase whilst delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer calls professionally
• Assisting customers with general enquiries (via calls, chats & emails)
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards
• Adhere to SOPs

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Good customer service abilities
• Basic computer literacy
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work within a team and follow processes
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay Rate:

• $4 per hour

Shift timing:

• 8 am - 4:30 pm UK (Monday to Friday)
