Full job description

Achu and Sons Computer Complex,based in Johanneburg CBD, South Africa is seeking a knowledgeable and customer focused Sales Representatives join our team. As a key member of our computer store, you will assist customers in purchasing laptops, computers, accessories, gaming equipment and other tech related product. You will provide expect advice, recommend products and ensure seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Engagement and Sales

  • Marketing products though digital channels.
  • Contacting prospective clients and educating them on our products and services
  • Closing sales and proving after sales support
  • Drive sales by up selling additional products(e.g laptop cases/bags, peripherals,m gaming gear) and services (e.g repairs and installation)

2. Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on latest product releases and upcoming sales promotions
  • Continuously expending product knowledge especially around new laptop models

3. Customer Services

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns in a professional, courteous manner
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.

4. Store Management

  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe environment
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays or special sales events within the store

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with fellow team members to and exceed goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and sales strategy discussions to improve store performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year sales experience
  • Experience in tech is advantarous
  • Computer proficiency
  • Communication Skill (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customer at once
