Title: Digital Marketing Co-ordinator (Client Partnerships)

Salary: R10 000.00

Business hours: UK Aligned Business Hours and Holidays (09h00-17h00 / 10h00-18h00)

Working days: Monday-Friday

Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing Administrator & Graphic Design Coordinator to support our marketing and business development activities. This role combines marketing administration, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content, maintaining marketing systems and assets, coordinating campaigns, and producing engaging graphics and video content. Experience with Canva and CapCut is essential.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and administrative aspects of marketing and can manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Create branded graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Design case studies, brochures, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Create and maintain Canva templates for internal use.

Video Content Creation

• Create and edit video content using CapCut.
• Produce short-form content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Add captions, branding, animations, and visual enhancements to video content.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats.

Digital Marketing Support

• Schedule and coordinate social media content.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Create content to support lead generation initiatives.
• Monitor content engagement and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support website updates and content management activities.

Marketing Administration

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects and deadlines.
• Maintain marketing calendars and content schedules.
• Organise and manage digital marketing assets and brand resources.
• Update marketing databases, spreadsheets, and reporting documents.
• Assist with campaign planning and execution.
• Support the sales and business development teams with marketing materials.

About You

• 2+ years' experience in a marketing administration, marketing coordinator, or graphic design role.
• Strong proficiency in Canva.
• Strong proficiency in CapCut.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
