AIFT 2027 Marketing Coordinator Project

Fully funded bursary opportunity for unemployed graduates

Alpvest Institute for FutureTech invites applications from suitably qualified unemployed graduates to join the AIFT 2027 Marketing Coordinator Project.

Successful candidates will be enrolled on the Occupational Certificate: Marketing Coordinator, NQF Level 5, through a structured study-only bursary arrangement. The programme will prepare candidates for careers in marketing, sales, student recruitment, CRM, digital campaigns, admissions support and business development.

Applicants must have at least an NQF Level 4 qualification with Mathematical Literacy, or a higher relevant qualification.

Programme structure

The programme will run over approximately 12 to 18 months and will include:

· Knowledge Module and Practical Training

· AIFT’s Workplace Product Knowledge Training

· Sales and Campaign Readiness Training

· CRM and LeadSquared Training

· Supervised Workplace-Based Learning

· Portfolio of Evidence Preparation

· Preparation for External Assessment

· Writing External Integrated Summative Assessment

AIFT intends to complete the knowledge modules and practical training upfront in 2026, while workplace learning will commence in tandem and intensify during the 2027 marketing and sales campaign.

Available Locations

AIFT intends to select up to 120 candidates across the following groups:

· Umhlanga Rocks Main Campus;

· Cape Town;

· Menlyn Park;

· Pretoria;

· Johannesburg;

· Kempton Park;

· Distance Group: smaller towns and selected strategic locations

Each group will accommodate a maximum of 15 candidates.

Employment pathway

Candidates who successfully complete the programme, meet workplace evidence requirements, demonstrate satisfactory conduct and meet AIFT’s appointment requirements will be considered for employment or placement within AIFT, an AIFT group entity, an approved campus operation, a remote marketing and sales function, or an approved strategic partner network.

Employment will be offered at not less than the applicable statutory minimum wage at the date of appointment, together with a performance-based incentive structure.
