Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote) Company: NextGen Remote Staffing Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Salary: R15,000 – R32,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) About the Role NextGen Remote Staffing is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing talent network. We are looking for a professional who can develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth for our international clients. Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok advertising campaigns Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies Create and manage email marketing campaigns Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies Requirements Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience Experience managing paid advertising campaigns Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup Preferred Qualifications Experience working with UK or US businesses Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce Digital marketing certifications are advantageous Portfolio or case studies demonstrating previous campaign results What We Offer Competitive salary of R15,000 – R32,000 per month Remote work opportunity Exposure to international clients and projects Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Application Process To apply, please submit: 1.
