About Kliq Assist

Kliq Assist places trained South African virtual assistants with small businesses in the US and UK. We run the full cycle: finding the client, finding the right Candidate, training, placement, payroll and ongoing support.

We're looking for driven recruitment consultants who want to build an income that grows with every placement they make.

How you earn

• R6,000 basic every month
• % of commission on every successful placement you bring in
• Recurring, not once-off: your commission is paid every month for as long as that client's contract is active
• Your portfolio grows: every placement adds to your monthly income, so 5 active placements pay you 5 commissions every month

What you'll do

• Find and approach US and UK small businesses that need admin support, mainly through LinkedIn
• Run discovery calls to understand what the business owner needs
• Source and screen South African VA candidates
• Match clients with suitable VAs from the Kliq bench
• Stay in touch with your clients so placements last

What you need

• Recruitment, sales or business development experience (agency recruitment is a plus)
• Confident written and spoken English, and comfortable speaking to business owners
• Self-motivated and target-driven: you'll be working remotely and building your own pipeline
• A reliable laptop, stable internet with a backup, and backup power
• Availability during UK hours and US East Coast mornings

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for remote or international roles
• A LinkedIn network in the US or UK
• CRM experience
