Responsibilities

  • Train new and existing drivers (For Abnormal Side Tipper Trucks) on vehicle operation, safety, traffic laws, load handling, and company procedures
  • Provide on-road instruction, driving assessments, and defensive driving guidance
  • Assess driver skills, identify gaps, and deliver coaching or refresher training
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, road regulations, and legal requirements
  • Maintain training records, track performance, and report to management
  • Coordinate training schedules and improve programs to enhance safety
  • efficiency, and fuel economy
  • Requirements:
  • Knowledge of cross border
  • Grade 12 with professional driving license (Code EC / C1 / C / CE) and 5+ years’ truck driving experience
  • Experience in driver training or fleet/logistics operations advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, road safety, and driving best practices
  • Excellent communication and computer skills for coaching and record-keeping
