Full job description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work with elderly people
- Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Degree in Social Work
- Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literacy
- South African citizenship
DUTIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Provision of social services for elderly care
- Contribute to the meaningful aging process of older persons within the institution, residential housing units, and the community
- Establishment and maintenance of programs related to active aging
- Services include: case work, group work, administration, and research
- Community service
