We're looking for an AI-Powered Executive Assistant who goes well beyond traditional EA work. This is a high-ownership, all-rounder role that blends executive support, operations management, and strategic assistance into one position. You will use Claude AI, Claude Code, and the broader Claude ecosystem as core daily tools to execute across communications, research, project management, and operational workflows, moving fast, figuring things out independently, and making things happen without being told twice.

What You'll Work On

Executive and Operations Support

• Manage calendars, communications, and priorities on behalf of leadership across business functions
• Own projects end to end from brief through delivery without needing step-by-step direction
• Coordinate across teams, vendors, and external partners with clear, professional communication
• Anticipate what needs to happen next and act on it before being asked

AI-Driven Execution

• Use Claude AI as a primary tool for research, drafting, summarizing, problem-solving, and decision support
• Leverage Claude Code to build lightweight tools, automations, and workflows that reduce manual overhead
• Use Claude Cowork and the broader Claude ecosystem to collaborate, document, and execute faster
• Continuously find new ways to apply AI tools to improve the speed and quality of your own output

Project and Workflow Management

• Take ownership of active projects and track them through to completion
• Build and maintain systems for task management, documentation, and knowledge organization
• Flag risks and blockers early with a proposed solution, not just a flag
• Keep leadership informed without being asked and surface what matters without noise

Research and Strategic Support

• Conduct deep research on business topics, competitors, tools, and opportunities
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries that leadership can act on
• Support strategic planning, meeting prep, and decision-making with well-organized context

Ad Hoc and Cross-Functional Work

• Take on whatever needs to get done, from vendor coordination to content drafts to internal process improvements
• Operate across functions without needing a defined lane
• Bring energy, ownership, and follow-through to every task regardless of size

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience using Claude AI including Claude Code and Claude Cowork as daily work tools
• Hustler mindset: you move fast, figure things out, and do not wait for perfect conditions to act
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong written English communication skills across both professional and operational contexts
• High attention to detail and a track record of following through without being reminded
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize effectively when everything feels urgent
• Prior experience in an EA, chief of staff, operations, or high-ownership generalist role

Nice to Have

• Experience building lightweight automations or internal tools using AI coding tools
• Background in a fast-moving startup or founder-led business
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Linear, or similar
• Experience supporting a founder or senior executive directly
